Mr. Ferzly has been advising companies and investors on strategic, financial, marketing, and technological matters for 20 years.

Mr. Ferzly is a trusted advisor to venture capital and private equity firms, and large institutions as they decide where, when, and how to invest.  He also works with investors on launching and growing new ventures. Mr. Ferzly advises emerging companies on strategic planning, expansion tactics, and capital raising issues.

As a mergers and acquisitions banker, Mr. Ferzly advises public and private companies as well as investment groups on a wide variety of transactions.  He is also a recognized turnaround and restructuring expert who has revived distressed companies and brought them back to profitability.

Mr. Ferzly advises governments and international organizations on economic development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and issues relating to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with a special focus on the Middle East.

Mr. Ferzly is a frequent speaker at conferences and an editorial contributor to business publications on investment, management, and macro-economic topics.

Mr. Ferzly has a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Finance and Economics. He also holds a BS in Computer Science (and Mathematics) with Honors from Virginia Tech University.
