After studying Computer Science at Portsmouth University Simon spent 5 years as an independent web consultant/developer working within FTSE100 companies in the UK such as Reuters, British Telecom and Cable & Wireless. Having spent some time traveling in South America he then took a staff position with Reuters for 5 years carrying out various roles from Software Engineer to Project Analyst, finishing as a Head of Technology Operations at the Thomson Reuters Foundation. He's currently working in conjunction with the BBC and Battoota Films to deliver a web based Arabic drama seiries in Beirut.
