Nov. 17, 2009Often when we look at innovation ecosyems, we focus on specific countries or local regions (e.g. Silicon valley). I'm curious what are the opportunities and barriers to creating a regional innovation ecosystem? Do we need a "top down" approach or something far more grassroots?
