I'm curious whether the growing number of new MBA programs in the region is having an impact? Are the new graduates filling key talent gaps or is there a real need for more entrepreneurial training / support?
In addition, is there a role for the global arab diaspora in terms of filling the human resources gap? China has the "sea turtles" - Western educated expats with global work experience who are now "swimming home" to fill key talent gaps. Has the global recession and the reduction of opportunities in New York and London, provided an opportunity to attract expats to return home to the Middle East? How we could we best tap into their skills and experience?
