Great topic! Just a few thoughts....
Is social entrepreneurship in the WANA region defined any differentially to other parts of the world? How is it evolving? What are the major challenges to social entrepreneurs? Who in the region are bringing projects to scale? Is there a funding and resource gap?
What is driving CSR at corporations in the region? How important are metrics? How integrated is CSR with operations / long term planning? Are there any exmaples of successful partnerships between large corporations and social entrepreneurs in the region?
